aftermarket exhaust in massachusetts

anyone here know what the legal decibal limit would be,(in massachusetts.)
getting ready to order a banks monster system.
i cant find anything that says no ,all i found is that it must have a baffell

I live in Mass and have had a Dynomax system for close to 8 months. No trouble with the law (yet). It's not as loud as the Banks, though.
