one out of four of my bolts on the upper uca is froze. it is the one on the passenger side in the front. I haven't cut it yet but I went to oriely and they said they were not able to order the part..... do i have to go to the dealership and order the part.
and on the same side the lower shock mount bolt was also froze. I tried impacting it and heated it up with a torch, hit it with a long arm socket for more power but nothing. it would just start to spread out the two arms on the frame of lower control arm. So i cut the bolt into three pieces and removed. From my examination the metal sleeve inside of the shock pivot had bound itself to the bolt threads.
didn't have these either do i have to go to the dealership to get these parts or is their a better way?
