Additional maintenance items to go with knock sensor replacement

Hello CF community,

I have been reading up on knock sensors and decided to make the push to replace the bad one on the Frontier. I have a question on what the community might be able to suggest on other items I should consider on replacing/cleaning since I will be removing the knock sensor. I was thinking of replacing all the belts and water pumps and thermostat. Appreciate the feedback.
