decided to go ahead and put hydro assist on the truck because some times when out wheeling the steering wheel is a workout to turn

i need to go to lowes and find another piece of strap to hold up the PS cooler , the one piece was what i had laying around lol
those zip tie things that come with the cooler are a joke

drilled and tapped the box

i ended up moving the resevoir right over the pump because i didnt want to buy a 45* or 90 * and cut down on the flow goin to the pump

this hose i was able to spin so its tucked behind the fender

one of the best mods ive done since the SAS , make the wheeling much more enjoyable :)

and a pic testing it out

Nice job Aaron. Hydro Assist will be my next mod.

Did you look into any kits from PSC or anything. I am thinking I may go that route so I can changes boxes and pitman arms to increase my throw and get a better turning radius. The stock nissan box and arm don't throw far enough for my front axle's turning radius.

with the waggy 44 the nissan box is just enough to where the stops on the knuckles dont hit the c's , which works out perfect

i just went with the trail gear ram with hoses and brackets , and new resevoir because i got a really good deal on it
the steering box i got from napa about 3 months ago so everything was new on it
the pump i got built to hi-flow from a local shop here in az
i did look at PSC although the route above was much cheaper
