265 is the width, 70 is the height in relation to the width, and 16 is the wheel size. metric can get confusing but once you in it for a little bit it really becomes easy to understand. A 32 will be expensive because its not a common size anymore. Going to a 16 opens up your metric options to really find a tire that will fit you opening well.
