I am about halfway done installing the lift. It's the 5" Calmini 2wd lift. Part # NP17500-2.

I'm stuck on this part of the install guide;

44. Install compression struts on the
backside of the rear sub-frame using
supplied hardware and then bolt into the
newly installed brackets.
45. Once the compression struts are bolted
in place, tighten the compression strut
brackets into place. With the brackets in
place, tighten both front and rear
compression struts bolts.

I need help with what size holes to drill & bolts you use that comes with the kit, etc. to install the compression struts to the underside of the truck. There appears to be no existing holes. See attachment of area i need help with.

Additional pics of this area & explaining it will help greatly!

Thanks!

I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that you should bolt in the front of the compression strut. Then rotate it up so you can see where the other end needs to attach. I am not sure if they instruction say to drill a hole or not but I would do it that way. The kit should include the bolts thou unless your kit was incomplete.
