They actually fixed an order for me, I ordered the wrong type of shock and they called to tell me that I did and then gave me the right shock.

Ordered my body lift from them, it was a painless process. They responded quickly to my emails as well.

This is a negative and positive rolled into one.

I bought most of my lift and skid plates from them. Over $1000. I bought the rear diff skid they sell with their own name. There was some issues with it. 1) it was only partially painted. Looked like someone half a**ed the job. Had to re paint it before install. 2) neither of the two sets the mounting holes on one side lined up properly. I had to drill out a 3rd set of holes inbetween the two.

I sent them hi-res pictures of the issues I had with the plate. There was also another issue with a skid row plate I had to also modify. After talking with their customer service a few times, they issued me a credit for my time and paint to fix.

So, take from this what you will. Was the credit worth the headaches ? I don't know but I wasn't turning it down. I would probably shop there again though.

I ordered a body lift from them. other than crappy instructions the parts and delivery time were just fine. i'd order from them again.

I also had good luck with them. Ordered gears & flanges from them a couple months ago.

I ordered my ARB through them and asked if I could pick it up from ARB USA since they are right down the road from me. They said they usually dont do that but since Im literally 4 miles from ARB might as well. Saved me shipping, and they were cool as hell.
