I placed an online order for an alternator back on 4/17. I got email notification that the order was received but no ship (or even backorder) notification.

I've called and emailed and gotten no response.

Has anyone else had problems?

huh i have never had any problems with them, i ordered exhaust thru them and it got to me the same week. call and talk to volrick.
