4 cyl = xe
6 cyl = se, etc

For what its worth my truck was I think 20950ish with TTL brand new last September
Actually they do make a 4cyl SE. It has everything the V6 SE has except alloy wheels and of course the 261 horsepower.

This one has the upgraded SE alloy wheels like the V6's

So your price includes TTL, or no?

Correct, this offering/package started in 2009 I believe.

To the OP I would be sure you drive the 4 cylinder and then perhaps the V6.
I personally would not want less power than I currently have with my V6, this is a 4,500lb vehicle.
I don't know if you'll tow or load a payload in the bed but consider those things as well.
If you can live with the power of the 4 cylinder then go for it.

I'd skip, there are plenty of V6s out there for around the same price. I'd sell your current truck yourself, I'd bet you'd get 50%-100% more out of it private party, then take the cash and start dealing.

Also, drive both the 4cyl and V6 before you decide to go with a 4cyl. I drove both, and couldn't bring myself to buy the 4, this is a heavy vehicle with brick aerodynamics. I drove a manual, an auto would feel even more gutless.

huh, learn something new everyday. If you are asking me about my price, yes it includes TTL.

To the OP: Paying 20k for a 4 cyl frontier, kc, used (with low miles) seems high to me.

You'd be better off with a year old 6 cyl SE honestly. Just be patient and shop around if you're looking through dealerships. My method was to use two emails and to cross quote multiple dealers against themselves which worked great.
