On a newer SV 4x4 does the use of 4Lo block the ABLS? I would think that it wouldn't. I read it does turn off some electronic traction aids.

The info is in the owner's manual under the VDC system portion. The ABLS still works with 4LO engaged. IT does shut off the engine power cut back portion of the VDC system though.

4LO turns VDC off
ABLS works when VDC off in 2WD, 4WD and 4LO.
ABLS will not work if there is a system fault.
