I am looking to install the cst 4" spindles on my 08 2wd LE and i am finding mixed opinions on if the will fit or not. I spoke to Greg from PRG and i couldnt get a straight answer. All i got was that it will work on some models and not others. Does anyone know where to find the answer?

Why wouldn't it fit on your 2wd? They fit on my SE and don't see why they wouldn't fit your LE. Ohh, I had to grind a little from my spindles at the bottom cuz it rubbed against my lower control arm but it wasn't a big deal.

The rims will fit as long as you follow the instructions and swap the end links.

Its the tires that cause the issues for most. When you move the hub down to gain the height, you put the sidewall of the wheel into the spindle area. This can cause rubbing if you enlarge your tires width.

Side Note: Others have reported like the post above that some slight grinding may be required for max flex. The post above showed that he ground the bottom while I think T1 had to grind some off the top.

Sounds good thanks...and were the rubbing issues on the 16" rims. Mine came with the 17" do think it will make a difference? From where it sound like the prob is i think the 17" might reduce the odds of rubbing

I think you are missing the point. Forget the diameter of the rim. Think about the overall width of the tire. This is what causes most of the rubbing issues.

So it doesn't matter if you have the LE 17s or the SE/Nismo 16s or etc.... Its the tires that count. A 265 will work perfectly but a 285 and up may require some slight grinding to the spindle.

Then you will have to cycle your suspension up and down without the tires on and see if the spindle bottoms out on either the UCA or the LCA. Then grind if needed. Don't forget to touch-up with some paint to prevent rusting.
