yes it is an unlocked one, almost perfect condition, one minor mark on the back from being in a plastic case , otherwise great shape.
It is a black one with 3.1.2 firmware,( yep says 3.1.3 in the pic, has FW3.1.3 app in it so it does ask to upgrade every time you plug into iTunes). SHSH is saved on Cydia for 3.1.2 and 3.1.3. NO offers, trade for Nexus one plus $100, otherwise $600 is it, comes phone and charger. lenny

my face and body can get away with anything. As for the price...the proof of the pudding is in the eating. $600 would be possible if the phone were new, but even then you'd have to find someone who's too lazy to look around for a better deal

didn't figure this for a hater forum , but to each his own.
I didn't get it on a contract, I'm on T-Mobile .
Ok, it's education time kiddies:
The 3G 8GB iPhone will cost you $499, while the 16GB 3GS lists at $599 and the 32GB 3GS sells for $699 without subsidy, this is off Apples site..
Who would like to be the first person to insert foot in mouth?
I deal with this everyday, I own a repair shop for cellular phones, I know the costs on most every phone.
If you have something positive to add to my thread , please do , if not please stay out of it and I will do the same with yours.

Its not proabably too far off, he is talking about buying a phone outright. Anyone who got one for 150 etc. like my wife got it through their Service plan provider and got it with a 2 year contract. His phone is also a 32gb, not a little 8gb.

Easy there, buddy. We're not "haters." We're just astonished by your price. If I can buy a new 32gb iPhone 3GS on eBay for $566 shipped, why would I buy one that is used for $600? I don't own a repair shop, but I own a wallet...which I don't like to lighten unless necessary.

Apple's unsubsidized phone prices are inflated such that the vast majority of consumers will buy two years of AT&T service. The price they offer for a new phone outside of contract isn't a very good metric for the market price of a used one.

Good luck with your sale. :)

guess your going to loose sleep wondering then. Sold local off craigslist if it matters to you. All that matters is it sold.
