Anyone know if this fits/works on our vq40?

The Z and the frontier have different plenum's. So it will not fit the frontier.

The metal spacer will not work as its a different design. Though there is a thermal spacer out there for the VQ35s that should work for the frontiers but no one has tired it.

Oh thats what i musta read! Sorry i thought it was the plenum spacer! I remember reading that in a old thread and was wondering if anyone tried it out yet.

The one company that was making them think went under and the others its part of a kit for the VQ35 plenum spacers. also on the Zs its to isolate the metal plenum form the metal block thus cooling the intake temperature down. I don't know if it will work like an intake manifold spacer on the VQ40s though.

wrp makes an intake spacer. kinda pricey though.

You can make your own. I remember seeing a post on a Z forum and he used cutting board material (plastic, whatever).
