as stated... those of you running 33's with the 6spd w/3.55 gears... what kind of hit am I taking. Going to gears, but tires need done first...

You can use this formula from 4LO.COM :: On-Line Gear/Tire Size Calculators to calculate the new "optimum" gear ratio based on changes in tire size

So for example

(33/31) * 3.55 = x

1.0645 * 3.55 = 3.78

Another way to look at it: the new axle-ratio that will be felt by the driver is the inverse, or 3.33.

If you look at stock 30s vs 33s, then its like driving a stocker with 3.22s now instead of 3.55s.

Edit: Of course ignoring the ton of additional tire weight, inertia, wind resistance, etc.
