Is this kit by 4x4 Parts a good, well-made kit? Is it worth $975 plus shipping? I have a 1999 Frontier 4wd V6 and am looking for a 3'' lift kit.

Off the top of my head, the misspelling of the words “busy” & “chromoly” don’t inspire much confidence. Unfortunately the only experience I have with this company or this lift is reading the link you posted. Hopefully someone will come along with more valuable input.
I am in the process of installing this kit on my 02. I went all in and bought new leaf springs and added new adjustable shackles gave me a 4.25" lift in the rear. I did not use the bushing that came with the kit I just didn't like them. My truck has 239000 on it when I removed the leaf springs the rear leaf spring bushings were still in good shape. The front bushings were completely
worn out.

When you're done with the install do you mind telling me how it went and how the ride is?
You can do it cheaper if you don’t get the torsion bars. I did control arms and rear blocks. I like it. The Bilsteins are good. The ride it pretty good. Your upper mounts will be rusted and you will have to cut them out. Get the new upper mounts that are adjustable.
