3" front suspesion lift??????

I have a 04 frontier 2wd 4cy...I'm looking to install this 3" lift on the front and i'm looking to lift blocks in the back....Do I have to buy anything else for the front lift besides this kit or do I need new torsion bars or can i adjust the factory ones and also do i need new shocks? thanks
