3" body lift

I am thinking about buying the 3" body lift from Performance Accessories.
I need help with a few questions.

Does it re-locate the front and rear bumpers?
Does it extend the steering?
Does it extend the gear shift?
Does it relocate the fan/radiator?
Does it extend any electrical wiring?
Does it make noise? squeak? rattle?
Does it perform well under mild to moderate 4wheeling?
Anything else I should know? (besides the difference between SL and BL)

2007 Frontier CC Nismo 4x4, PRG uca, Radflos, blocks for now...

if you can custom relocating brackets yourself do a 2 inch body lift, theres a DIY thread about it, lots of people say its real easy. i have the 3 inch body, no noise( knock on wood) i had for a couple of years now. i probably would of done a 2 inch body lift instead. I have the AC 3 inch body lift and it came with relocating brackets and for the radiator. Some said you don't have to but just extend the hose but don't take my word for it. everythings seems normal after the lift
What about the gear shift?
Thanks.
i got the 3" bl i just relocated the bumpers with the given brackets mine is auto so no need for the shift relocator,no extention of the steering, and no noise i used a lot of red locktite. I like it but most people on here dont like body lifts at all. so idk man its up to you i take my truck on moderate offroad trips and nothing wrong so far. good luck with the decision!!!
How extensive is it to install the Performance Accessories BL?
Can I person handle or it takes more?
Mike,

Thanks for the instructions. In your build, you stated, if you had to do it over again you would go with SLR 5" and 2" body lift.

What is SLR 5" ? and why?
Why a 2" body lift instead of 3"?
Does the 2" relocate the bumpers as well?
Which kit would u use?

SLR lift was just pure performance. I Did say that but in really there no way I could afford it. http://www.clubfrontier.org/forums/f26/pics-slr-5inch-kit-nismo-walker-evans-wheels-11358/

At the time when I got the body there was only the 3" I also wanted to go with 35's. I have been thinking about moving up to 35's again.
There is a 2" body lift that comes with a front bumper relocation bracket but no rear.
If you plan to stay with 33's then get the 2". If you want 35's the 3" would be better.
they sure make it look discouraging, eh? very detailed instructions, though
It does but I only did like 70%. There are parts that just make no sense like relocating the rad or adding a drop bracket to the e-brake cable
There are parts I would not recommend like relocating the rear bumper. I did it but it's just to much work.
Exactly why I want the 3" BL.
I plan on getting the rear leaf pack + shocks for clearance and travel.
I plan on getting bigger tires.
I want to get better departure angle by re-locating the rear bumper up 3".
I plan on getting Shrockwork sliders too.

BTW. How is the SW sliders with the option of 3" body lift? Is is OK?
For the shrockworks sliders I had the cut the mounting brackets and then welded to the frame to get them close to the body.
Since you are in AZ I would look up All Day Fab. He is on this forum and made sliders for Travis from Discount Tire Direct. All day Fab is in Surprise, AZ. At least you would save on shipping and you problem would not have to wait 4 months to get them.

The rear bumper is a lot of work. you have to cut the old bracket off the bumper. Keep that in mind when you look the instructions.

?? Up by his avatar it says Las Vegas, Nevada..
oops. I don't know why I saw that.
No worry.
Is your gear shift 3" lower than before?
I have an auto.

they give an extension to weld on to the stock shifter. but u have to cut it

Hey i am wondering if you know if i can get the 3" body lift for my already lifted frontier w the calmini 5" on it. The problem is idk if those brackets will hold my bumper. Its like a 350-400lb iron bull bumper. I need some thoughts.
