This is really irritating the living !#$*%(*@%#(!!!! out of me cuz I know it's gotta be in this forum somewhere and the search is useless.

Nope, but I want to order an adapter so I can put a temp sender in the drain plug. And once the plug is pulled & the truck's disabled, I know there's no where around here I can go running the plug around trying to find a match.
oh, understood. hmmm i could be wrong but i think the titans big tow comes with a trans temp gauge. the sender is right here

you will have to find the fitting. i see that the drain plug your looking for is a 10mm?dont quote me, its what i found though. dont know the thread depth but most people use a t fitting on the return line because its the closest to the interior. but no one likes it because its cutting a trans line. so people are doing the test fitting.

i think there is a kit to. but i am zee lazy. i think that should do it for you.

10 mm? Not to doubt you but where did you find that? (cuz I spent a farking hour searching googling & yahooing & didn't find doodleysquat, including the FSM)

I've got the thread with that fitting on the side of the tranny pulled up, I'm keeping that as a plan B but I'd rather get the temp straight from the pan, if I can.

i searched through titans. i havent seen a frontier with a tranny temp gauge yet.

lol you just found it. i read through that thread.
but if you get that kit and use the test side fitting like pictured you wont need that.
but people were not digging the t fitting.
Er, wait a sec... I think lines got crossed somewhere.

I'm trying to find the size of the drain plug, y'know, the bolt you take out to drain the ATF from the pan?
