You think I can squeeze a 285-75/16 Rubitrek on the stock wheel? Stock tire is 275-70/16 btw. I understand that the speedo will be off by appx 5mph, but I'm concerned IF it'll even fit without rubbing or fit onto the rim safely. Anyone been down this road? I'd like more tire choices by going a lil bigger/taller on the sizing.

Tire Wheel Automotive tire Synthetic rubber Tread

You sure? This is a stock tire on my 2019 Pro-4X, and no, a 285 will rub in the rear of the front tire of wheel well, prob in the front of the front wheel well, too. You would need to do a melt mod or lift (or both). Stock non Pro-4X is either 265/70/R16 or 255/60R18 (I think). The 18 is for SL and option (maybe stock?) on Midnight Edition.

That's a 32.8" tire, so you're probably going to rub on the mud flap/liner. I used to run 33" tires and I rubbed on the mud flaps, even with my 6" lift.
