Do you know if these will fit NON PRO-4X models without any modifications? I have a '09 with some lift blocks but higher mileage on the OEM shocks that I'd consider replacing with these.

Yes they'll fit should be the same as Bilstein 5100 up to 1-2" lift just you have blocks in rear so you are limiting extension aspect meaning you'll top out sooner then a 5125.
