So I bought a new leftover 2016 PRO 4X. It was missing the floor mats and the 4 tie down cleats, which the dealer did make good on. I noticed there was a place in front of the rear wheel well were it appeared something should be and sure enough I just saw another frontier with a small front mud guard on the rear wheel well. Can you 2016 PRO 4X owners tell me if yours came with this? See attached pic, thanks. Again this is on the front of the rear wheel wells, the large mud guards on the back are present.

My truck has these. I have an SV, not a Pro4x, but I can't imagine why the P4X wouldn't have them.

The splash guards are supposed to come standard on the PRO4X models and are optional on all other models.

Mine does have the splash guards and it appears these may be called something else, I can't find them anywhere for sale. The OE splash guards for sale do not include them.
I have found other PRO 4Xs that don't have them, and haven't found one PRO 4X that does, it may be something only on the SV.
Anyone out there that bought a PRO 4X new that has these?

OK guys I am old so please don't take this wrong way but I can't seem to get some of you to understand I am not talking about the ones that go on the back of the wheel well, I have them on my truck.
I am talking about the little ones that go on the front of the rear wheel wells, the picture I posted in the 1st post of this thread is a FACTORY MUD FLAP ON THE "FRONT" NOT "BACK" OF THE REAR WHEEL WELL!

The ones in front of the rear wheels are wind guards and I think they only come on the SV's? I only see them on SV's at least.... They help fuel economy by 1 or 2% is their goal in life?
I think you either get wind guards or mud guards and not both or you get neither. My 2016 SL came with no wind guards or mud guards, I think maybe there are no wind guards when you have the step bars that comes with the SL?
I don't do much of any off roading so I ended up putting both on my SL to get my 1% better fuel mileage and protect the paint from rocks...

Welcome, it took me stopping and getting the part numbers off some when I was at the rental car lot on a business trip to figure them out. lol.
I think they only fit 2013 and newer models. 2012 and older models don't have the screw in points to attach them, at least my Dad's 2012 PRO4X does not...

My SV came with the front mounted air dams on both front and rear fenders, but if you look in the factory brochures it sure looks to be hit or miss as them being in the picture of the rear wheels...
Now on the other hand my SV did come with the rear mounted splash guards on both front and rear but it was clearly a manf add-on as there was an upcharge for them in the window sticker. Looking in the 2015 factory brochure the rear mounted splash guards are included in the P4X model and no other.
