I searched and didn't find a recent thread on this, so I apologize if there is one.
I bought a new '16 KC S with 5-speed and the "preferred" package about a month ago (posted a pic in new members when I joined ::smile:: ). I have the opportunity to buy an extended warranty through my bank, USAA. It is called a "manufacturers wrap" warranty, which after reading the fine print is basically a true bumper-to-bumper warranty that extends to the end of Nissan's 60K powertrain warranty.
The cost is $533 including tax, it's transferable and USAA and the company that underwrites the warranty have good reputations. So, my question is: Is $533 a reasonable price for what is basically a bumper-to-bumper warranty that is good for 60K miles? I know that the Fronty has good reliability, but are there any gremlins or anything that may cost a bunch later on? Incidentally, I drive a lot. I could easily have that 60K miles on the clock in 3-4 years.
Your feedback would be valuable. Oh, and the warranty has no deductible if that helps.
