hey Guys ?? i put a remote starter in truck i know i hit a wrong wire Now My truck won't start!! It don't have dome lights But it has power and all accessories come on when in run position!! Headlights ,Dash Lights, radio No noise or No clicks Just nothing and won't start!! Check All fuses were good switched the ignition 40a Square fuse to no avail!! Any ideas would be great i hate to have to towed for a relay or something simple THANKS for any help!! also i get 4 codes U1000 P1610 P1612 U1001

From the codes it sounds like the
NIssan Anti theft system or Nats.
Your car may disabled.
In that case it would need towed to the dealer so they can reset it.
