I got the tires mounted today but have not swapped the wheels yet. Are the lug nuts the same between the steelies and the pro4x rims? Just looking at a spare lug nut I had on me, they seem kind of short for the 4x rims. The guy at the tire store said I would probably need new lug nuts for the wheels.

Cast wheels are generally thicker than stamped steel wheels.
Steel wheels have a beveled mounting face; cast wheels generally have a flat mounting surface.

The 4x wheels seem to have the bevel as well though it is not as noticeable as the steelies. The lug nut holes in the wheels seems to be tighter thought it may be just my imagination. I mounted them up and have driven about 20 miles on them using the factory lug nuts...so far...so good.
