might be a "program" vehicle sold at auction for some reason. slightly off topic but man i love all the red stitching in the pro4x's. plus the option of leather on what used to be the nismo level is a plus too. i know super6turbo4 got an LE cause he wanted leather and heated seats when he would have preferred to get a nismo with the locker...
Nice truck!!!! Love the color!!!:fantastic:
Wish I had leather, that's for sure.
And yeah that stitching is cool as hell.

Actually Nissan leather is more vinyl and not much leather. I had it in my Titan was disappointed by it.

Oh really, well in our Altima SE-R it's some nice leather.
Obviously what you are referring to is "truck leather".
Looks like my truck ... maybe I should paint my grill like this one.
Funny I actually looked at this truck since I work in the same town.

2009 Nissan Frontier 4 Door Crew Cab Short Bed Truck - Used Vehicle Details at Sarat Ford Lincoln Mercury - Your Agawam, Massachusetts Ford Lincoln Mercury dealer

At one time you could run a Carfax report through the dealers website and I did and it was vague. It was never registered but was for sale at a Nissan dealer and then it was for sale at the Ford dealer.

why would they (the nissan dealership) only keep it for 3 months? weird...
Interesting...

I really like the leather treatment on the door panels, it breaks up the sea of plastic a bit.

A little off topic, but when I was at the stealer the other day getting an oil change I was looking around on the lot at new Frontiers:

1 SE CC 4x4 SB
2 Pro4x 4x4's
2 LE 4x4's SB

I thought it was weird that they only had one SE and 2 Pro4x's and 2 LE's. They didnt have any XE's, Pathfinders, or Xterra's. Only had 2 Titans. The salesmen said that Frontiers still sell very well, but they are keeping better tabs on inventory vs flooding the lots.

Sorry to disappoint you but the whole seat is NOT leather. A good part of it is vinyl with a simulated leather look. Nissan USA is my source as I wouldn't have bought it and gone aftermarket instead. They list it as leather "seating surfaces" but on my $40K Titan it was just the center panels not even the bolsters which wrap around your sides.
Before I bought mt 05 Titan I was looking at the 04 and 05 Chevy Silverado's and there was a difference is seat discriptions. The 04 had leather seating surfaces and the 05 had leather FRONT seating surfaces.
I went to the dealer for clarification and he said I was very observant as the 05 rear seat was ALL vinyl and the 04 had partial leather in back but no other customer noticed the description change beside me. He said as long as it was listed in print it didn't matter how you interpret it or not. The print said what was there.
I appreciate your humor but you might need to inspect your Altima a bit closer.

It's all leather, I don't care what you say. :nana:

Seriously, the "perforated" gray area (down the middle) I figured maybe was man-made but the rest I figured for leather.
Either way, I'd prefer the (fake) leather over the current fabric, hold onto everything like a magnet, seats I have now.

Thanks for the info Clint.
Side note/thread jack . . how do you like that new 6 speed Clint?

I believe it's the other way around. The perforated center section is leather. The reason it bothered me was if they call it a leather interior then that's what it should be. I'd pay more but don't like to be cheated.
As far as the six speed goes, I couldn't be happier. Now when I drive the Pathfinder it's not as enjoyable as it was a week ago. I am glad I ordered the manual tran and waited the two months for it.
