2006 Frontier Will Not Move Forward in Drive

2006 4X4 Crew Cab Frontier, Automatic Transmission, 300 000Km. In Cold (well Below Freezing), will Not Move when Shifter in Drive or any other Forward Position: will do as if in Neutral. After a few minutes will then work as it should....Any Tips/suggestions ? Thanks.
