I have searched forums and tried to problem solve myself, but i haven't fixed the misfire. I have the 3.3 l v6, which we bought from a buddy, it had been sitting for a while but started right up without any issues. After we got it home the truck developed a misfire on multiple cylinders. I have replaced the injectors and spark plugs, I am getting spark on all plugs, and every injector is getting current. along with a compression test that showed 155 on the missing cylinder.

What should I test next? is there a common issue that I haven't thought of?

Did you ever solve the missfire? I have the same problem with my 2002 SC. I changed everything. OE Distributer, plugs, wires, new Nissan OE injectors, hoses, gaskets, fuel filters, knock sensor, and o2 sensors; runs great for a week or two then goes back into a random misfire and trys to stall. Next it the in tank filter and pump. after that, I will be at the mercy of the Nissan dealer mechanic. I am at a loss!!!!!
