2002 Nissan Frontier v6 3.3 SE Crew Cab

I just replaced the compressor, condenser, evap. core, Expansion valve, Maniflold readings are 20 low side 225 high @2000rpms it has the correct amount oil and Freon and vent temp is 49F:surprise:
Should be at 40 easily. any suggestions?
