Hello everyone,

Are there any (non-custom) options available for replacing the Frontier's rear Leaf Spring suspension? I'm not looking to go mudding, rock crawling, or anything of the sort, I just want to get rid of the bulky Leaf Spring system and raise the truck about 2-3 inches. The new suspension is purely for aesthetics, while the lift is for extra clearance to work under the truck without needing to jack it up. Are there any specific bolt-on kits available for this vehicle?

Note: My mechanical abilities are decent, but I typically work on motorcycles and the like, so my experience with four wheel vehicles is limited.

Anything that would replace the rear leaf spring suspension would have to be "custom"....and a lot of work and expense. If you installed step rails, it will partially hide the frame reinforcement/front spring mount to which you are pointing in your pic.
