I now have 215,000 miles on my 2011 Frontier CC V6 SV. I had major service done at 120,000 (plugs, belts, hoses, flush rad and trans).

My question is, what do you guys recommend for 200K service?

for me personally - and if your not burning oil and etc...I would

1. Pull, test, clean injectors
2. Replace AFRs/O2s
3. Rebuild or replace accessories
4. usually remove and clean all intake components
5. replace any sensors you think might be an issue within a few more miles
6. Replace oil seals as needed
7. ........

Long story short - I go through most of the major systems and determine if said system will make it another 50k-100k miles.

My way of maintenance is a little aviation like in that I hate replacing the MAF sensor to only have the AFRs crap out a few miles down the road. I prefer to set aside the time to go through everything in solid intervals and not piecemeal maintenance.

Both cam position sensor's and the crankshaft position sensor's have been changed. The truck still uses no oil between oil changes, as I do mostly highway miles (Average 105 miles a day), The reason I think this truck has lasted so well. I have use nothing but top-tier gasoline and mobile one oil since it was new.
