I tried searching already but still haven't gotten a straight answer. Even if I have to change all the accesories I just wanted to know if the blocks are the same and will accommodate the newer tensioner set up. I saw some guys with cars have pulled it off in a forum about 200sx.

I have 1998 (since 2004) and 2004 (since 2011) Frontiers with the 2.4 engine and three drive belts each. I like them that way, and see no reason to go to a serpentine belt, especially if you're thinking of a single serpentine belt. The power steering and AC pulleys do NOT line up with the fan drive or the alternator.

A big disadvantage of a single serpentine belt is that if a complete dead AC compressor can cause failure to drive at all. This just happened to a friend's 2005 Mercedes.
