Although I've seen this here before I thought I'd add a post for this since I just did this today. Might make a good sticky.

I went to http://www.nissan-techinfo.com and registered myself. Then I purchased a one day subscription for $20. After that I was able to access the service manual sections and view them. The service manual is in PDF format which I was able to save. In order to save the complete manual I had to save it section by section until everything was downloaded on my computer. 45 sections in all to the service manual plus a dozen or more documents I downloaded since I saved all the TSBs as well. Very good value for $20 I feel and no reason anyone could not do this if they wanted to.

Here at the dealership I work, we use www.helminc.com for owners/service manuals. They are the publishers for auto dealerships.

do they have the manual for a 2006 Frontier...how can I find out if they carry the 2006 service manual for the Frontier. Last time I ordered in December, they refunded me since it was not available.

The manual I downloaded was the 2005 Frontier but there shouldn't be any significant differences from a technical standpoint between a 2005 and a 2006. What I downloaded seems to be complete. Well over 2000 pages and probably more information than most people will ever need but since this is a living for me, I take more interest in it than most.

From what I understand about the Nissan Tech site, is that you've got to download each portion of their service/repair manual.

ok, i figured it out. it's a pain in the ***, but for $20 it's worth it. I thought there was one on this site somewhere, and i looked, but then got fed up and figured I'd just pay the $20.
