My '02 1stGen CC has 79,000 absolutely trouble-free miles. I have done all the maintenance on it because I have found most shops don't do the quality work I expect of myself. However, as I approach 70 (retired math and chemistry teacher) I find that the quality of my own work isn't what it was a few years ago (it happens) and I may have to start using the over-priced dealer shop for a few things now. Perhaps I can pick up a few ideas on this site.
