Put them on and ran them for a couple months trying to compensate for worn springs. Ended up going with an AAL pre-bent with the lift I was looking for. All the hardware is included.

I'm not sure. I would assume the parts are the same in the rear. But there looks to be a separate part listed for 2wd Crew Cab and Desert Runner.
