Any news on what Nissan will change on the '07 Frontier?
That's the one I'm waiting to buy

I'd like to see the following changes:
- a real limited slip differential not ABLS
- beefed up skid plates. They look too thin
- 10hp when you buy the NISMO package
- unique paint color for NISMO package
- upgrade the interior. Plasic looks cheap
- leather package on NISMO with manual xmission

Anyone know when the earliest time they would be ready for purchace? I need to have one by July, so thing I could get an 07' by June?

Depending on the dealership, some can order them to have late june, early july. Some you might have to wait until end of august.

Well, my '06 was built in September, but I've read that someone had there '05 built in September also. I guess they switch someone during the month. Last year Nissan announced the '06 changes in August.

Seems like by the time I get my truck, it'll be the last of the '06s. That would suck *** if I finally get my truck, in then the '07 is chock full of new improvements compared to the crap difference between the '05 and '06. . .

That's why I want to do my homework this time.
I made this mistake on two other vehicles I bought and so I don't want to make it a third time.

i wish that Nissan would reveal the differences now. I don't know if I can wait that long for the 2007s though. Its painful just waiting until the summer for an '06!

Nissan likely dropped this option due to poor sales; regardless, buyers looking for a midsize crew cab truck with a long bed will need to forego the Frontier and head directly to their Toyota dealer.
