I bought my truck back in june and iy currently has106000 miles on it. I just replaced the knock sensor, all intake manifold gaskets, valve cover gaskets, plugs, and wires. What should the normal idle rpm be? Thanks in advance

Target idle is 750 +/-50 RPM. Base idle is 700 +/-50 RPM. To adjust base idle, run the engine at 2000 RPM for 2-minutes so engine reaches normal operating temperature. Turn off engine and make sure all loads are turned off (A/C, lights, etc.). Disconnect the TPS harness connector (bottom plug on TPS). Start engine and rev to 2000-3000 RPM two or three times and let idle. Adjust ignition timing to 10 degrees +/- 2 degree BTDC using a timing light and by turning the distributor, as necessary. Then, adjust base timing to 700 +/-50 RPM by turning the idle speed screw on the IACV-AAC valve (clockwise to lower RPM and counter-clockwise to raise RPM). When done, turn off engine and re-connect TPS harness connector. Then, start engine to check Target idle. Rev engine several times and let idle, which should be 750 +/-50 RPM. If it's not, check the IACV-AAC valve and harness. If those are okay, the problem is in the ECM.
