I love my 04 4x4 but when it is cold and I first turn the ignition to on, it sometimes makes a noise from the front right of the truck that sounds like a pump that groans. Could it be the ABS or cruise pump? Is that normal? The dealerships says that is normal.

Any help would be appreciated.
