THis is the story guys. Went home for easter on saturday morning, and did my thing. Came back and try to leave to work on Sunday morning, and truck wont start! I dont have a code reader, and cant get my hands on one till next monday. I took this video so it could be easier to diagnose. I just changed the distrubutor cap, spark plugs, and plug wires. All help is appreciated guys

sure did. Changed them because i thought that was the issue. When i crank i smell fuel though... It has to be in the fuel system somewhere. And yes, the truck has gas in it,

The reason you smell fuel is probably from trying to crank it so much. Fuel is probably coming through the exhaust. Check your distributor cap, this may sound crazy but twist it about an 1/8th of a turn at the time and then try to start it, before replacing any parts...
