I was changing the upstream O2 sensor on the passenger side and the bung it screws into came out. The old sensor and bung seem to be welded after 165k. I've tried penetrating oil, heating the pair to orange with an oxy/acetylene torch with no joy. My rudimentary search skills have yielded no replacement bung, does anyone have a source?

Fixed!

It took a lot of heat, some Aero Kroil penetrating fluid/oil, a real good vice, and a pneumatic wrench, but it came apart. Of course, now I have to make another tool to tighten the O2 sensor down, my socket for that doesn't fit at all. This seems to be an isolated problem, but it'll be in the annals of fixing older vehicles.
