I'm at a loss and this is a truck I need for work. Started running horrible. Changed the spark plugs and it seemed like it ran even worse. I was able to get the codes read and it said misfire on cylinder 1 and 2. I bought 2 coils and put them in. Same thing. I even took e everything apart again...

Was pulling engine cover off so I could start changing my spark plugs. I guess I pulled a little too hard and a piece of the rocker broke off when the engine cover came off. It broke right behind the oil fill cap. I was wondering how severe this is or will it only effect the engine cosmetically...
