Violet lived her whole first life in San Antonio Texas, and ended up for sale in Houston Texas in 2019. Her first owner took meticulous care from what I can tell, paint and body were in great shape other than a few scratches. She definitely did some work judging by the bed condition, but it was mainly just spills and scratches, no major dents or damage. Had about 89k miles on the odometer when I found her, sitting ever so lonely in a forlorn stealership lot. When I took a test drive, she whispered to me, "My name is Violet... Take me home..."
So far, with a pandemic and economic uncertainty, I haven't done much yet other than a thorough detailing inside and out. Brought the paint back to super glossy levels and got the interior smelling brand new again. I did get the windows tinted and added a trailer hitch for grins and giggles - even though I no longer have a trailer... And most recently got the 2.5" RC lift kit - just enough for what I want, no bro-dozers here.
Coming up, as I pinch my pennies, I'd like to get bigger tires - Violet is a 4x4, she should look the part! After that, I'd like to do a stereo upgrade, get Android Auto back. And maybe throw the Titan trailer mirrors on - I just love big honkin' mirrors.

Gas filler Mod - moved vent breather to behind driver side taillight with a crankcase filter - to combat fuel spillage issues during fillups
