History
- I traded in my 2015 Frontier SV KC V6 with 89k miles, and bought this new 2019 CC SV VTP 4x4 on 10/7/2019. My first new vehicle purchase. It was weird seeing only two digits on the odometer when I brought it home!!!
A co-worker also has a Frontier and needed some new tires, so I made a deal with him - he got my stock Dynapro's for a great price, and I got to upgrade to the P4X size 265/75/16 and I went with the Cooper Discoverer AT/3 4S. Thanks to my co-worker needing tires, I got to make the switch earlier than planned.

In my opinion the truck looks much better with the slightly larger tires, and it really needed some all terrains at minimum, it is a 4x4 after all...

I also sold him the tool box, and installed a Bak-Flip G2 Tonneau Cover, very nice and easy to install. It can be completely removed in just a few minutes and have access to the whole bed, and then re-installed just as fast afterwards! Great cover.

New Tires:

Modifications

Interior
- Weather-Tech floor liners
Exterior
- Bak-Flip G2 Tonneau Cover
Audio
Kenwood DDX8706S headunit with Wireless Carplay & Android Auto; Kenwood under seat subwoofer; stock speakers. I used the Axxess ASWC-1 to retain the steering wheel controls. I got a Maxima 40-pin harness connector and re-pinned it myself, and added the 6v converter to retain the backup camera, etc. No modifications were made to the trucks wiring harness.

Congrats! I have the same exact truck, but a 2018, bought it Oct 8th last year, I have 6,500 miles on it now, and it still looks, smells and drives like new. I know you'll have the same experience! Have taken it on some road trips, camping, dump runs, furniture hauling, etc - it's a trooper. Enjoy the Ride!

Thanks! I have been daily driving it since I got it - and I'm loving it so far. It had 10 miles on it when I picked it up, and it's at 3,200 miles currently. Now that it's finally past the break in period I have taken a couple of road trips in it and really enjoy driving it. I definitely like the crew cab better than the king cab it replaced. City MPG hasn't been good, but I have averaged a little over 20mpg on the road trips I have taken in it so that's not bad.

I see in your signature that you also owned a '10 Xterra. That's pretty cool considering my other truck is a 2010 Xterra Off-Road, it's stock except the radio. I hate to do it, but I'll be selling it in a couple of months when people start getting tax returns back. With the new CC Fronty I just don't need the 2nd car anymore and it makes more sense to sell it than to keep it.

Thanks! Yours is a nice looking truck, I like the lift and tires. I might end up doing a few mods on mine once I sell my Xterra in a couple of months. We'll see what happens. I am just enjoying having a new truck.

Jeezus, I wish I could pick up an Xterra. I love those things.
