Sorry to keep asking questions ha. How hard/easy is it to add a receiver hitch? I've seen several that I like including one I just saw that has the spray in liner but no hitch. It'd also have to have the plug attached as well. I appreciate all the replies and insight so far. The builds you guys...

That was an issue we had when I was working at a dealer. I was 19, and a lot porter (the person who organizes the lot, gasses up sold cars, general help around the store for sales dept) and I knew more about the pickups then most salesman. Some didnt know what auto locking diff meant, basic...

Almost bought a 4wd v6 version, same color. I worked at a chevy dealer after high school and they wanted like 14k for it. 20,000 miles immaculate shape.Really like that color.

When selecting 4lo, yes neutral and preferably stopped or barely moving. Low range as mentioned previously is very low reduction. Think the difference in say 1st and 3rd gear. Also any throttle input youll feel a jerking motion and same when you let off. Its just how low range works. When...

I agree its different for everyone. My wifes car is pretty comfy but we're not driving a Rogue to Colorado, not enough room and I dont trust the CVT in the mountains. My 98 Silverado Z71 was like a driving a recliner but my current 04 Silverado Z is nearly as comfy. I appreciate the replies so far.

    ClubFrontier News
I wouldn't buy a GM now but my current vehicle is a 2004 Silverado xcab Z71 with 196,7xx miles and the only time it's ever broke down was a few weeks ago, water pump crapped out and leaked most coolant. It's had regular wear items like brakes and oil and filters, and the u joint started to...

We rode the Alpine loop about a month ago. Well part of it since snow was up to 100 ft deep from the avalanches. It was really cool to see the damage left behind from one. Left out of Silverton and was a fun drive though the mountains and out on the forest roads.

I used a Tekonsha Prodigy 3 at my old job hauling equipment on goosenecks. It was great. It has a sensor that feels braking force and regulates braking for the trailer so its not under or over braking. It was expensive (I didnt pay for it) but very much worth it.

Hi guys, been a while. Got to thinking, has anyone ever leased a Frontier? I saw Nissan has a 289/mo lease on SV 4x4 VTP trucks and it's an interesting idea and would give me time to build up cash to buy with or move on if I decide I dont like the truck. And id end a brand new truck out of the...

Welcome. The prodigy 3 is a great controller. I used one on my 2 ton and 1 ton work trucks and pulled a gooseneck that weighed 10,000 lbs empty and with up to 20,000 lbs on the deck. Never had a problem with the controller or brakes not applying, applying to early or to late. It would apply...

Thanks. My wife has a Rogue we drive almost everywhere we go because my sons carseat fits much better. Mostly it'll be just me in it but it'd be nice to take my vehicle more.
