Q ?how to remove front bumper cover on LE?

How do I remove front plastic bumper skin on 2 gen LE? Do I have to remove front wheel liner? I know about push pins behind the grille and bolts on the bottom, what else am I missing?

thanks

Nick

Pull the fender liners out, ans there is 2 size 10 bolts on each side that hold the bumper in. There are 3 clip above the license plate bracket, and also the bolts under where the skid plate is.
