Vk56 6-speed

I'm inquiring to see if anyone has completed or is in the process of completing this swap. You can see my VK56 and 6-Speed swap here:

https://www.thenewx.org/forum/30-xte...ct-thread.html

I'm having issues and want to have someone to compare to. I've searched threads all over and seems everyone talks about the swap but never posts results or videos. All ther threads are dead ends. Driven Desire is the only ones who have provided feedback and it's their kit.

The problem I'm having is it won't go into gear with the driveshaft attached but will go into gear without it when the engine is running. I contacted one of the first 6-speed swaps but he sold his truck for a Titan. Any info would help. I've already taken the transmission out once and bled both master and slave multiple times.

sounds like the clutch is not releasing. The master and slaves can be functioning properly. Maybe the slave doesn't have enough throw? The clutch is wrong? The fork is wrong? Fork is bent? Is there a way to confirm this. Like a cheap bore scope into the fork hole to see if the input shaft to the tranny is spinning when the clutch pedal is depressed. Or scope into the fill plug to see if the input shaft is spinning?

It's spinning because it nudges when I attempt to shift gears. I wish I had someone to compare setups too.

I guess Harbor freight here I come haha.

The first black line is how far the fork goes when the slave rod is pushed out. The second black line is how far I was able to push with a pry bar without the slave.

Not sure really. I figured I should start it and let it warm up for the first time outside. I planned on starting it in gear and see what it would do. I let it idle down and it went into gear after pumping the clutch a bunch of times. Then after that it drove like normal. I have no clue. Maybe the upgraded pressure plate needed to be broken in differently.

Plus if the clutch wasn't aligned the transmission wouldn't go in. It went in.

While it was exciting for the time being, I have to take the trans back out. There is oil leaking out of the bell housing. I already changed the rear main and resealed the rear crank cap. It won't shift into reverse when running or start in reverse.
