Add me to the list of people ripped off by that thieving Greg at PRG. I should have done this some time ago as the last non-replied to correspondence I sent Greg at PRG was in April 2016. None the less I placed a large order that included PRG's front diff bushing kit, and PRG's delrin rack bushing kit. When the order came in the front diff bushing kit was missing and a rear diff breather kit was included by mistake. I had ordered something I didn't like and wanted to exchange it for something more expensive, so I returned the breather kit, and the swap item, and sent Greg at PRG the additional funds. Greg at PRG promptly got me the swap to item, but not the front diff bushing kit. Shortly thereafter the PRG M226 Aluminum Diff Cover I had been waiting for arrived.
When I attempted to install the delrin rack bushing kit, I discovered it didn't fit. The crush sleeve ID was too small for the bolt diameter, and the bushings were much smaller than the recesses in the frame. So I contacted Greg at PRG about the still MIA front diff bushing kit, and my issues with the delrin rack bushing kit. It was at this point that Greg at PRG went silent on me. For good apparently.
My unfulfilled order total with Greg at PRG at the time was $105. The prices for the two items have since risen to $120 at the time of this writing. I had purchased a good deal of parts from Greg at PRG up to that point. Why Greg at PRG decided to stop communicating is a mystery to me, and a really bad business move IMHO.
Being in FL there wasn't much I could do about it. I at least had the pleasure of eliminating the PRG logo off my M226 Aluminum Diff Cover before I put it on my Frontier.
