Someone HELPP MEE!

I am looking to buy some weather tech digital fit floor liners and it asked me how many retention posts there are in my truck? I have a 2008 crew cab se model and have no idea what its asking? Can someone please explain to me? Thanks

Retention posts are the little hooks that your floor mats anchor to so they don't move around much. If you have OEM mats then you can just count the holes in them, otherwise you'll have to hope someone gives you the answer or you can find them yourself

They are the little pegs sticking up from the carpet on the floor just in front of your front seats. My 2010 has two on the drivers side and one on the pass. They are some of the best floor mats ive owned.

Yep, they are correct.
Check the floor right in front of your driver's seat and there will either be one or two posts sticking up out of the carpet.
These/this post(s) help keep your floor mat in position.
