While we're on this topic, and not to hijack the thread.. Does anyone know if this swap is possible and still maintain bluetooth phone controls?

I have the pro4x with RF hu, CC, and BT phone on all the wheel. Would like them illuminated and can't seem to find the switches on courtesyparts.com

No heated steering for me, I live in Hawaii, plenty of heat already Cool idea though. I don't know anything about this mod, but off the top of my head the only problem I see is that there may not be enough pins in the Frontier harness which carries the wires through the steering wheel, I believe its called the "spiral cable" if I remember correctly. So you may also have to also buy the spiral cable for the Pathfinder (which I assume has more pins/connections) too. But I don't know this for sure but this is related to what I was talking about with the 7 vs 8 pins in the thread above. I assume a pathfinder with cruise control, illuminated steering wheel controls, and heated steering wheel would require a couple of more pins to pass the signal through. But maybe not.

It's possible and seems to be just a matter of programming.

Here are the part #'s quoted from "Jersey Parts" whom I believe is also on this forum Link: Adding Steering Wheel Controls to Xterra. - Page 10 - Second Generation Nissan Xterra Forums (2005+)

25550-ZS50C Is for Cruise, Audio and LIGHTED
25550-ZS50D is for Cruise, Audio, Bluetooth, and Lighted.
