what experience do you have with a new silverado? the ad on tv? it's bunk, I had one as a rental with about 8k miles on it and was getting 14-15 where my truck gets me 18-19 and I was driving exactly the same way.
their 20mpg claim is based on the EPA test and we all know how flawed that is.
as for trade value of a 4cyl vs a 6, makes no difference to me, I'm not interested in trading mine in.
