not good, which now leads me to believe it is heat related possibly combined with the sheering effect. but for it to only be 500miles and have damage to the gaskets like that i have a hard time believing its soley caused by vibration of the motor, esp with the damage that severe.

I am not refunding anyone on this - you do not need to remove your IMS to inspect anything, as with any engine application, when you remove or open the engine, you should replace gaskets none the less.
I am not giving you a temporary solution, it's a permanent solution and will work. for example, your oil pan is held on by silicone.
People need to stop complaining about things that are not large issues in hindsight. Also, I deleted the other thread because people were doing nothing but complaining about absolute crap.
I was hoping in this thread to address the issue ina professional manner, but some of you have felt the need to turn it into a ***** fest. Therefore I am locking the thread.

There shouldn't be a problem with this - I will post online how to do this by hand with basic hand tools in the next couple of days.

this is not a temporary solution - it is a permanent fix

while crude, it's a testing method none the less -
understand that under hood temperatures do not exceed 150 degrees at best. the temp at the intake manifold wouldn't be at this level
here are some videos of me gradually raising the temp on a throttle body gasket which is the same material as the ims gaskets - this just shows that this thing is not heat related
**** i must not be doing something right, i can't upload the video, can someone show me ***

Once you’ve finished editing your video, made sure it's less than 10 minutes, smaller than 100MB, and in an acceptable format, you're ready to upload it.
Click "Upload Videos" in the upper-right-hand corner of any YouTube page.
Enter as much information about your video as possible, including Title, Description, Tags, and Category. The more information you include, the easier it is for users to find your video!
Determine if you want your video set to Public or Private.
Click the "Upload a Video" button.
In the next window, click the "Browse" button to browse for the video file. Select the file you want to upload.
Click the "Upload Video" button.
It can take from a couple minutes to an hour for your video to upload to YouTube. If you're receiving an error with your Upload, you might want to make sure you're attempting to upload a file that's recognized by YouTube. YouTube accepts video files from most digital cameras and camcorders, and cell phones in the .AVI, .MOV, .WMV, and .MPG file formats.
